EXAMPLE:
On 1st SEPTEMBER card cost will be 1p, 2nd SEP– 2p, 3rd SEP – 3p, TILL 10th SEP. – 10p
BUT from 11th SEP it’s back to 1p, 12th SEP – 2p through to 30th SEP – 10p
